What You’ll Be Doing
Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer stage)
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build talent strategies
Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Maintain and track candidate pipelines using ATS (Workday or similar)
Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience from start to finish
Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (entry-level to experienced welcome!)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, or similar preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred, not required)
