Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, remote opportunity supporting recruiting needs within the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where proactive communication, strong organization, and candidate engagement are essential. This position offers the stability of a full-time schedule, company-provided equipment, and the opportunity to support meaningful hiring initiatives in healthcare services. Candidates with healthcare, home health, hospice, or high-volume recruiting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings, qualification interviews, and resume reviews to identify strong talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting challenges.
- Manage requisitions, candidate activity, documentation, and reporting within the ATS.
- Coordinate the offer process, assist with onboarding activities, and participate in recruiting strategy discussions for difficult-to-fill roles.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Work Hours: Must be able to work CST hours.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm.
- Equipment: Company equipment will be shipped directly to the employee.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Source active and passive candidates for healthcare services and related openings.
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining accurate candidate activity in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct screening interviews and support candidates through the hiring process.
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong sourcing experience, including passive candidate outreach.
- Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare recruiting experience.
- Home health, hospice, or healthcare services recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
