Tax Advisory – Hybrid Role (Associate / Senior / Manager)

Salary Range: $55,000 – $100,000, based on experience and level of responsibility.

Compensation by Experience Level
• Associate Level (2–4 years of experience): $55,000 – $65,000
• Senior Level (5–7 years of experience): $70,000 – $85,000
• Manager Level (8+ years of experience): $90,000 – $100,000

Position Summary

This hybrid Tax Advisory role supports and leads tax consulting services for clients across multiple industries. Depending on experience level, the position may focus on execution, technical analysis, project leadership, or strategic advisory responsibilities. The role requires strong analytical skills, professional judgment, and the ability to deliver high-quality tax solutions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support, lead, or manage tax advisory and consulting engagements depending on experience level.
• Conduct tax research and prepare written analyses, memoranda, and recommendations.
• Prepare, review, and finalize tax-related reports and client deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional guidance.
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide technical feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of tax advisory processes and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
• Experience in Tax Consulting or Tax Advisory aligned to level: Associate minimum 2 years, Senior 5–7 years, Manager 8+ years.
• Strong research, analytical, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities required for Senior and Manager levels.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid work arrangement may be available, subject to operational needs and supervisor approval.
