Systems Data Analyst – Wholesale Operations

We’re seeking a Systems Data Analyst – Wholesale Operations with hands-on experience supporting e-commerce, wholesale, and manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring data accuracy, streamlining system workflows, and enabling data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, operational environment.

You’ll manage and automate ERP reporting, maintain data integrity across B2B portals, Shopify/Shopify B2B, and wholesale systems, and collaborate closely with teams across e-commerce, merchandising, finance, warehousing, and manufacturing. Ideal for someone who understands how data supports order flow, inventory, and operational performance.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in e-commerce and wholesale operations
Exposure to manufacturing and warehouse environments
Strong ERP system experience (Full Circle/Exenta a plus)
Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
High attention to data accuracy and system integrity
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
