Position: System Analyst
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
Location: Remote (U.S./Puerto Rico)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (flexible schedule)

Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven System Analyst with proven experience in the insurance sector and strong hands-on skills in no-code platforms. This role is key in designing, analyzing, and implementing efficient technological solutions that improve internal processes, streamline operations, and enhance the end-user experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex business requirements into functional technological solutions without the need for traditional programming, leveraging no-code tools while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, document, and analyze business requirements within the insurance sector.
• Design functional solutions using no-code platforms (e.g., Outsystems, Appian, Unqork, Airtable, Bubble, etc.).
• Create workflows, forms, reports, and customized dashboards tailored to business needs.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, developers, and insurance/core system teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet established requirements.
• Provide basic technical support and user training on the implemented platforms.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation of delivered solutions.
• Participate in planning and review sessions with agile/multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably within insurance companies or insurance-related projects.
• Demonstrated experience with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of insurance processes and products (life, health, property, etc.).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, advanced Excel, and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio).
• Intermediate to advanced level of English (oral and written).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in no-code tools (e.g., Appian Certified Analyst, Unqork Fundamentals, etc.).
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with API integrations or iPaaS platforms.
