Job Title: Syndicated Loan Closer
Location: Charlotte, NC – (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Project Overview:
We are seeking a Syndicated Loan Closer with recent experience using LoanIQ to support our Lending Operations team. As loan volume continues to grow, you will play a critical role in closing syndicated loans and ensuring accurate onboarding into our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the closing process for syndicated loans in a high-volume environment.
• Interpret and analyze syndicated credit agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Accurately onboard credit agreement language into LoanIQ systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth loan processing.

Required Skills & Experience:
• LoanIQ expertise – must be currently using the platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of syndicated credit agreements and related documentation.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.

Soft Skills:
• Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
