We are seeking a SMT Machine Operator to operate Mycronic machines. Experience with SMT machine operation is requiered.

What you get to do with us:
Responsibilities include setting up and operating screen printers, Pick & Place machines, and reflow ovens. You will conduct preventative maintenance, load and unload machines, set up feeders, perform machine changeovers, and ensure correct placement of SMT components. Your duties will also involve soldering touch-ups, ensuring equipment safety, and collaborating closely with our SMT process engineer.

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Surface mount technology and through-hole assembly experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SMT operator
- Prior contract manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficiency in electronic SMT machine assembly and component packages
- Ability to read set up lists, interpret Bill of Materials (BOM), and Assembly Drawings
- Fluent in SMT package sizes and component identification
- Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs
- U.S. Person per EAR Part 772 and ITAR 120.15
