Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical and robotic systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment.
Assist with assembling and replacing robot components.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using computers and diagnostic tools.
Install, configure, test, and commission automation systems.
Perform software updates as required.
Work closely with technicians, customers, and vendor partners to resolve technical issues.
Ensure high system uptime and excellent customer support.
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
Experience with mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Comfortable using computers for diagnostics and technical support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work, including lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with robotics or industrial automation systems.
Automotive technician or similar electromechanical background.
Vocational or college degree in Robotics, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with Linux or the Linux command line is a plus (not required).
