We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Generalist to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Lafayette. This role plays a critical part in keeping operations running smoothly—serving as the connection point between customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, shipments are on time, and issues are resolved quickly.

What You’ll Do
Enter and manage customer orders across multiple fulfillment centers with a high level of accuracy
Track orders, including late shipments, and proactively communicate updates
Maintain and update customer information, requirements, and order details
Partner with Planning, Scheduling, Production, and Shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor inventory and support cost-effective fulfillment decisions
Identify issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and help implement corrective action plans
Act as a key point of contact to support both customer satisfaction and internal alignment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in supply chain, order management, customer service, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
