Position Title: Supply Chain Generalist II
Location: Lafayette, IN 47905
Contract Length: 12- Months

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Summary
Support supply chain operations by managing customer orders, coordinating with production and shipping teams, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
• Process and enter customer orders accurately across multiple fulfillment centers
• Track and manage order status, including late orders and shipment updates
• Maintain and update customer information and order requirements
• Coordinate with planning, scheduling, production, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and support cost-effective supply chain operations
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve order or delivery issues
• Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvements when needed

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or customer operations
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
