Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to support supply chain management, planning, and procurement activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate production reporting, effective inventory management, and timely material availability using SAP. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support supply chain management, planning, and procurement of materials and products to meet business and customer requirements
Analyze, maintain, and fully utilize MRP; create purchase orders and follow up as required
Evaluate production demand and provide commitments for new sales orders and delivery timelines
Accurately report production inputs, outputs, and run activities using SAP Process Support tools
Maintain and support systems used for production and supply chain reporting
Reconcile discrepancies and communicate issues to the Supply Chain team
Troubleshoot SAP and reporting issues with internal customers
Monitor and maintain material master data, open purchase orders, and stock transfer orders to ensure SAP dates are accurate
Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations in line with company goals
Maintain appropriate purchased inventory flow and stock levels
Process, maintain, and analyze supply chain data; create reports, presentations, and information packages
Communicate sensitive information and feedback to vendors, customer service, and internal stakeholders
Support SHE goals and objectives at the facility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and implement solutions
Assist with overflow work and support other supply chain functions as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
2–5 years of supply chain experience
MRP & SAP experience is required
Experience with production planning, purchasing, and MRP preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills
Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Team-focused with a collaborative mindset and ability to work independently
