Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, merchandising, or related functions.
2–3 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
Strong expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement planning, and lead time management.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable business strategies.
Experience collaborating with Product Development, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance teams within a global supply chain environment.
