Supply Chain Planner
Location: Parma, ID (100% Onsite)
Pay: $32 – $35 per hour
Contract: 1 year, with potential to become permanent

Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Parma, ID. This role will focus on production and import planning, managing inventory, and supporting supply chain operations across regions. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and experienced with SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage production and purchasing to meet inventory and customer service goals.

Monitor sales forecasts, actual sales, and inventory levels; recommend adjustments as needed.

Lead or support regional and global supply chain improvement projects.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and plant teams to resolve inventory issues.

Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field required.

MBA or Master’s in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience with SAP and strong Excel skills required.

Experience in production or distribution planning; agriculture or seed industry experience a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
