Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to support daily supply chain and logistics operations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and customers, providing operational, administrative, and communication support in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced supply chain or distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support to supply chain and logistics teams
Communicate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments in English and Spanish
Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
Monitor supply chain workflows and escalate issues related to delays, shortages, or discrepancies
Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, inventory movements, shipments, and invoices
Support inventory management activities, including reconciliation and reporting
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documentation
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and system updates in ERP or supply chain systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or administrative support
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Experience working with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
Familiarity with inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes
Prior experience supporting cross-functional operations teams
