The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the COO, the Supply Chain Manager is a key operational leader responsible for procurement, inventory management, supplier relationships, logistics, and supply continuity. This role offers the opportunity to influence company performance, improve processes, and build long-term supply chain capabilities.
You Are Already Great at These:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
- Strong background in sourcing, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier development
- Experience using ERP systems
Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational results
- Preferred industry experience: manufacturing, industrial products, chemicals, energy, oil & gas, or heavy equipment

Compensation & Benefits:
