We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst with experience in the airline industry to join our team in an onsite role. This position plays a critical role in analyzing, coordinating, and optimizing supply chain operations to support business objectives in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements. Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, and materials procurement for aircraft parts and equipment. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of critical components. Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual agreements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to support decision-making. Support process improvement initiatives within procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, preferably in the airline or aviation industry. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance supply chain practices is a plus. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work onsite with cross-functional teams.
