Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop insights, and drive informed decision-making to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct data analysis to evaluate supply chain performance metrics, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
-Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain and recommend actionable solutions.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, logistics, and operations teams, to develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory management, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
-Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to model scenarios, simulate outcomes, and forecast future supply chain requirements.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to management to track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
-Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management to propose innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-Proven experience in supply chain analysis, operations research, or related role.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Python.
-Solid understanding of supply chain concepts, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement processes.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
-Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCMP) is desirable.
