Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial general contracting and is capable of managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Pay: $100k

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Develop, maintain, and enforce the project CPM schedule, identifying and resolving potential delays
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure timely execution of work
• Maintain current drawings, as-builts, and field documentation
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and codes
• Implement and enforce jobsite safety policies; lead safety meetings and maintain documentation
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (including OSHPD/DSA when applicable)
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project progress
• Support change order documentation, T&M tracking, and cost control in coordination with project management
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Manage punch list completion and oversee project closeout

Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction
• Required: General Contractor field experience on commercial projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent or lead field supervisor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret CPM schedules and identify critical path impacts
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment
