Commercial Construction Superintendent (Multiple Openings | $100K–$120K DOE)

Overview

We are actively hiring for multiple Commercial Construction Superintendent roles to support a growing pipeline of projects. These positions offer the opportunity to join a stable, expanding general contractor and take ownership of impactful commercial builds.

We are considering candidates at different experience levels, with compensation aligned accordingly. Whether you are a seasoned Superintendent or a strong up-and-coming field leader, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction operations from start to finish
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and quality targets are met
Develop and enforce CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating delays
Track and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings
Maintain accurate project documentation and as-builts
Enforce quality control and safety standards across the jobsite
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (OSHPD/DSA when applicable)
Proactively resolve field issues to maintain project momentum
Partner with Project Management on change orders, T&M tracking, and cost controls
Lead jobsite meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
Drive punch list and project closeout activities

Qualifications

6–10+ years of commercial construction experience
Required: General Contractor field experience
Experience as a Superintendent or Lead Field Supervisor
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and methods
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and CPM schedules
Proven ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
