An established national commercial general contractor with a strong and growing presence in the Atlanta Metro market is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up tilt-wall construction projects ranging from $5M–$30M.

This is a high-impact, leadership role for someone who thrives in the field and takes pride in delivering complex projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. If you enjoy leading teams, driving schedules, and being the go-to person on-site—this is a great opportunity to join a well-respected builder with a strong pipeline of work.

What You’ll Do
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
Manage tilt-wall construction, slab-on-grade, structural steel, and building envelope installation
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and sequencing plans
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards
Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain accurate field reporting
Oversee quality control to ensure work meets plans, specs, and code requirements
Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors
Manage inspections, punch lists, and project close-out
Represent the company professionally and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial or industrial projects
Proven experience leading tilt-wall projects ($5M–$30M preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and maintain jobsite efficiency
Experience with construction technology and project management tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Stable background working with commercial general contractors
