We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale multi-family tax credit and renovation projects valued at $5M+ across the Inland Empire Region in California. Depending on project volume, assignments may also include smaller repair projects ($500K or less, typically 120 days or under).
The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise all jobsite operations, subcontractors, and inspections.
Maintain construction schedules, budgets, and daily/weekly reports.
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and contract adherence.
Lead and mentor field staff while fostering teamwork.
Travel regionally within the Inland Empire as needed (company vehicle provided).
What We’re Looking For:
4-year degree in construction OR 5+ years managing multi-family renovation projects.
Proven experience in multi-family, hotel, or hospital renovations.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents (architectural, structural, MEP).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
