Our client, a growing roofing company in the St. Pete area, is hiring a Roofing Superintendent or Project Manager to oversee crews and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on roofing experience looking to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise roofing foremen and crews on active job sites
-Order materials and manage project logistics
-Track timecards and ensure daily reporting
-Conduct safety audits and enforce site standards
-Support training for field staff in roofing best practices
-Handle scheduling, problem-solving, and job site visits
-Communicate with leadership and resolve field issues
Qualifications:
-5+ years of commercial roofing experience (flat, metal, or steep-slope) preferred
-2+ years in a superintendent, foreman, or PM role
-Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
