Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Services Coordinator to support daily operations, administrative processes, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment. This temporary role ensures smooth workflow, accurate recordkeeping, and effective support for both staff and student-facing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communications, scheduling, and administrative records
- Support daily operations including supplies, work orders, and general office needs
- Maintain and update reports, databases, and web content
- Assist with presentations, special projects, and data tracking
- Coordinate student intake, check-in, and documentation processes
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures in a testing/service environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems and streamline processes
- Ensure accurate handling of records, results, and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree plus two years of experience in customer service
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and email systems
- Basic computer competency skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with self-management abilities
Position Details:
- Temporary, 6-month assignment (April to October 2026)
- Full-time, in-person role
- Compensation: $19 an hour
