  Job Summary s seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and help establish a high-performing, customer-focused environment from day one. This direct hire Store Manager opportunity is ideal for a bilingual Spanish restaurant leader with a background in high-volume fast food or quick service restaurant operations.

The Store Manager will play a key role in creating a positive workplace culture, developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, labor, budgets, and financial reporting to support store performance.
- Monitor food safety, service standards, cash handling, and operational procedures.
- Support local marketing and sales-building strategies to increase brand visibility and customer traffic.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Pay range: $27 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual salary range: $56,160 to $62,400 per year.

- Lead scheduling, coaching, training, and employee development to build a reliable and motivated team.
- Manage labor, inventory, budgets, cash handling, and reporting to support operational and financial goals.
- Maintain food safety, customer service, and operational standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management, store management, or similar food service leadership experience.
- Experience in high-volume fast food, quick service restaurant, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Working knowledge of inventory control, labor management, scheduling, and store financial performance.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally and support a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Experience opening or helping establish a new restaurant location.
- Background supporting local store marketing, sales growth, or community engagement initiatives.
