Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a growing local retail organization serving suburban Memphis-area communities, including Arlington, Lakeland, Millington, Cordova, and Germantown, TN. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure the location runs efficiently, professionally, and profitably.
- Deliver excellent customer service while building long-term customer relationships and increasing repeat business.
- Hire, coach, mentor, and support a small team of customer service professionals.
- Drive sales growth by connecting with customers and staying actively engaged in the local Memphis-area community.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across staffing, customer service, store presentation, and operational processes.
- Work at a fast, efficient pace while remaining flexible to business needs and customer traffic.

Compensation and Benefits

- Compensation: $21 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage all aspects of a retail store location, including operations, customer service, and team performance.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small customer service team.
- Build strong customer and community relationships to support sales growth.
- Maintain efficient daily workflow while ensuring high service standards.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant restaurant, retail, fast food store management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and attention to detail.
- Comfortable overseeing store operations and taking ownership of location performance.
- Professional, approachable, and community-minded leadership style.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current involvement in the Memphis-area community.
- Prior experience managing or leading a small retail or customer service team.
- Experience driving sales, customer retention, or local business growth.
