Store Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC 27613 (onsite)
Pay Rate: $65,000 to $90,000 per year
Schedule: Full time either 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm, plus one opening and one closing shift
Employment Type: Direct hire
Summary
This role leads day to day store operations and manages team performance to deliver excellent customer service, strong food and safety standards, and clean, organized execution every shift. You will oversee hiring and training, enforce uniform and policy standards, manage inventory and cash controls, and keep labor and scheduling on track. The ideal candidate is hands on, upbeat, and consistent about following procedures with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily operations and shift execution by ensuring the store is clean, stocked, staffed, and operating to standards across front of house and back of house
• Hire, train, and coach employees including onboarding paperwork, menu knowledge validation, uniform standards, and ongoing performance feedback and documentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, deliveries, and vendor coordination and maintain food safety and compliance standards
• Oversee cash controls and reporting including daily deposits, drawer reconciliation, tip pool administration, and required managerial paperwork while resolving customer issues
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing a high volume food service or retail operation with responsibility for staffing, training, and shift leadership
• Strong operational discipline with the ability to follow and enforce procedures, policies, and appearance standards consistently
• Experience with scheduling, labor control, inventory management, and cash handling controls
• Positive, energetic leadership style with strong customer service skills and the ability to hold team members accountable during busy periods
