Purpose
Leads and manages store operations, drives sales performance, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains brand and visual standards in alignment with HQ.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate monthly sales targets from HQ and translate them into daily and weekly goals tailored to team experience and sales strengths

Build team capability by coaching sales skills, supporting closing activities, and training new hires on product knowledge, policies, and store dynamics

Manage staffing and operations, including weekly shift planning, traffic-based scheduling, and timely submission of signed monthly work schedules to HR

Oversee inventory, product ordering, transfers between stores, warehouse coordination, dispatch lists, and delivery verification

Implement HQ campaigns, promotions, visual merchandising direction, price tags, and in-store/window displays with accuracy

Maintain operational compliance, including cash balancing, deposits, safety regulations, corrective actions, cleanliness, attire standards, and daily inspections using the Store Control Checklist

Report daily sales turnover to the Area Manager and deliver biweekly and monthly performance, competitor, product, and customer insight reports to HQ departments

Ensure strong team culture, internal communication, and operational continuity in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education: High School diploma minimum

Experience: 5+ years in retail, including 2+ years in a managerial role

Systems & Tools: Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred

Travel: Must be able to travel without restrictions and actively drive (valid driver’s license required)

Core Competencies: Leadership, delegation, organization, planning, persuasion, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and a results-driven team mindset
