Now Hiring: Stitcher Operator – Riverton, UT

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced printing team? We’re looking for a Stitcher Operator to join our production department in Riverton, UT! This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company where safety, precision, and teamwork come first.

What You’ll Do:

Operate stitching machines to assemble brochures, booklets, catalogs, and other printed materials.
Inspect materials for quality, alignment, and proper binding before and after stitching.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Monitor production to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Assist in training new team members as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience operating stitching, binding, or finishing equipment is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine adjustments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, bending, and reaching.
Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling printed materials.
