AppleOne is the largest privately held staffing company in the Country and our NYC office is looking for a Fulfillment Account Manager

Purpose of the Role
The Fulfillment Account Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, recruiter development, and client satisfaction within the filling responsible structure. This position bridges day-to-day fulfillment execution with strategic operational oversight, supporting both candidate flow and client needs.

Operations & Workflow Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of staffing orders—from intake to fulfillment, onboarding, and follow-up.
• Oversee job prioritization, placement execution, timesheet approvals, and payroll accuracy.
• Track and analyze KPIs (fill rates, speed to fill, retention rates) and implement performance improvements.
• Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with system usage standards.
Recruiting & Talent Fulfillment
• Support the recruiting team in sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to client requirements.
• Ensure talent pipelines are aligned with client forecasts, skill needs, and industry trends.
• Champion candidate engagement and retention strategies, including referral programs and feedback loops.
Client & Candidate Experience
• Partner with Sales or Account Managers to understand client expectations, volume needs, and workforce trends.
• Conduct site visits, quality checks, and service reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
• Proactively address client or candidate issues to maintain trust and service quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Enforce legal, HR, and workplace safety standards (I-9, E-Verify, OSHA, EEOC).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and partner with Risk/HR teams on claims or policy enforcement.
