We’re seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth, profitability, and professional standing of our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is driven by results, and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
What You’ll Do:
• Recruit, interview, and match qualified candidates to client job opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, service, and follow-up.
• Actively promote and cross-sell company services to grow business and meet performance goals.
• Manage candidate inventory by sourcing, screening, and coaching applicants.
• Partner with teammates and leadership to meet key performance indicators and placement goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer development (or equivalent training).
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and digital) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet research, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proven ability to meet performance goals, preferably in a commission or bonus-based role.
• Highly organized, professional, and able to thrive in both team and independent environments.
