As a Staffing Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating caregiver schedules, supporting recruitment efforts, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and staff availability.
Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm shifts and resolve scheduling issues.
Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability, time-off requests, and client care needs.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Perform general administrative duties including data entry and file management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or administrative support preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
