Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing client accounts.
- Prospect and acquire new clients through marketing, networking, outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to support a positive recruiting experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Develop and grow client accounts within the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Manage business development efforts to generate new client partnerships.
- Lead full cycle recruiting activity from sourcing through offer negotiation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant staffing, recruiting, account management, or business development experience.
- Previous experience working in a staffing firm is essential.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, client priorities, and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing agency environment.
- Must be local to the Woodland Hills, CA area for a hybrid work arrangement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing both client development and recruiting responsibilities in a staffing agency environment.
- Existing local market knowledge or professional network in the Woodland Hills or greater Los Angeles area.
- Strong understanding of staffing sales cycles, client acquisition strategies, and talent market trends.
