We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Analyst with strong SAP experience to support financial, operational, and reporting functions. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to analyze data, improve processes, and ensure accuracy across SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data using SAP (FI/CO, MM, or related modules)
Prepare reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for leadership
Maintain and reconcile data within SAP; ensure data integrity
Support budgeting, auditing, and month-end close activities
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives
Qualifications
2–5+ years of analyst experience in a corporate or public-sector environment
Hands-on SAP experience required
Strong Excel skills; reporting and data analysis expertise
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, or cost tracking
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA experience
Experience in government, utilities, healthcare, or large enterprise environments
