We are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support AP, payroll entries, month-end close, and general ledger maintenance in a lean accounting environment. This role will work closely with leadership and play a key part in maintaining accurate financials across multiple entities in NetSuite.

This is an execution-focused role—ideal for someone who is comfortable working within established processes and keeping accounting operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Support AP, payroll entries, and general ledger accounting
Assist with month-end close and journal entries
Review and maintain accuracy of existing accounting records
Support multi-entity and intercompany accounting
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Process wires, FX transactions, and international payments
Support ongoing use and stabilization of NetSuite ERP
Assist with government and project-based accounting as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of accounting experience (Staff Accountant level)
Strong experience with AP and month-end close
Experience with NetSuite preferred
Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting
Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

Nice to Have
FX / wire payment experience
Exposure to audits or financial reporting support
Manufacturing or project-based accounting experience
