Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure transactions are properly documented.
- Balance accounts and identify discrepancies for review and correction.
- Support general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and month-end accounting tasks.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve accounting questions and missing information.
- Help ensure accounting processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000.00 to $61,000.00 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Reconcile credit card statements and verify transaction accuracy.
- Balance accounts and support account reconciliation processes.
- Assist with general accounting activities and financial record maintenance.
- Support month-end close tasks and accounting documentation.
- 3 to 5 years of accounting, staff accounting, or related finance experience.
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation and basic accounting principles.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficiency with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a business services or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
