Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review accounting team work to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
- Oversee accounting activity for multiple entities, including month-end close and year-end close processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports for senior management review and operational decision-making.
- Ensure accounting practices comply with GAAP, company policies, and internal control standards.
- Partner with leadership to support strategic financial reporting and business analysis needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows, reporting accuracy, and team efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $58,000 to $64,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage multi-entity accounting processes, including month-end close and year-end close.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for leadership review.
- Review accounting team work and help ensure deadlines, accuracy, and compliance standards are met.
- Support internal controls, GAAP compliance, and continuous process improvement.

- 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and close processes.
- Ability to review accounting work, identify discrepancies, and support accurate reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with leadership and communicate financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience supporting or leading accounting team members.
- Experience improving accounting processes, workflows, reporting accuracy, or internal controls.
- Familiarity with multi-entity accounting structures.
