What You’ll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by:
Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconciling bank statements and balance sheet accounts
Preparing journal entries with complete documentation
Assisting with financial statements and internal reports
Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies
Partnering with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Keeping accounting records well-organized and audit-ready
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)
