Staff Accountant | Kirkland, WA (Onsite)
Advance your accounting career with a fully onsite Staff Accountant role in Kirkland, WA. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare accurate financial reports and assist with variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain clean, accurate records
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a Staff Accountant or general ledger role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized with ability to meet deadlines
