Join our growing hotel management team in San Diego as a Staff Accountant and help keep our financial operations running smoothly across a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality portfolio. We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive accounting professional who loves digging into numbers and supporting smooth hotel operations.
What You’ll Do
Handle daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Support month-end close, financial statements, and property-level reporting
Review daily revenue reports and assist with hotel-specific financial metrics
Work closely with property teams to ensure accurate coding, compliance, and documentation
Assist with audits, cash tracking, and process improvements
What You Bring
2+ years accounting experience in hotel industry
Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
Comfort with hotel accounting software (M3, Opera, or similar)
Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
A team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
