What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting daily accounting operations: journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR

Assisting with cost accounting and inventory tracking during peak production

Partnering with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate reporting

Preparing financial summaries, variance analysis, and month-end support

What Makes You a Strong Fit

2–5+ years of accounting experience

Comfort jumping into project work and adapting quickly

Strong GAAP knowledge and Excel skills

ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)

Experience in manufacturing/logistics is a big plus
