South Orange County, CA: Staff Accountant needed for a consumer products company. Will re responsible for managing accounts receivable when it comes to customer deposits, invoicing, and collections. This position will also oversee accounts payable, vendor payables, and expense tracking as well as
account reconciliations and journal entries. Will assist with month-end and year-end close processes and maintain general ledger accounting.
Systems we use are: QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
Ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years RECENT accounting experience
Strong experience with general ledger accounting, AR/AP, reconciliations, and journal entries
Proficiency in both QuickBooks Online (QBO) and NetSuite
Comfortable managing high-volume / multi-location accounting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
