Are you a numbers whiz with a passion for accuracy and organization? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team and play a key role in managing financial data, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions with precise reporting.

What You’ll Do: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and applicable laws Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed

What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment
