Staff Accountant
$60-70k/year DOE
Role is on-site.

-Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to supervise the Accounting staff and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role will direct financial activities, prepare timely financial analyses for management, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all reporting. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, with the ability to create and implement systems that streamline audits, reporting, and departmental workflow.

-Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and accounting experience; OR Associate’s degree and accounting experience; OR High school diploma and at least 4 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in at least three of the following areas is required: Non-profit affordable housing, Refinancing of debt, HUD regulatory programs, Real estate accounting, Financial analysis, Property management, Project development.
