Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Perform account reconciliations and month-end close activities
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support internal and external audit processes
Utilize ERP systems to record, track, and analyze financial data
Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and controls
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of [X] years of accounting experience
Proficient in ERP systems (experience with [specific ERP if applicable, e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics] is a plus)
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization
