Portsmouth, VA - We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Staff Accountant who thrives on accuracy, values continuous improvement, and enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our daily and weekly accounting functions run smoothly—supporting everything from invoicing and credit memos to financial reporting and collections.

To succeed in this role, you should have an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel—is required, while experience with Sage or Service Trade is a plus. We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and an effective communicator. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential.
