What You'll Be Doing:
This is a field-based role requiring daily travel across Southern California to engage new and existing customers. You’ll be the face of the company, actively driving revenue growth and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Spend 50%+ of your time actively selling and on the road visiting clients.

Travel daily to meet with current and prospective clients.

Present and sell packaging solutions to meet client needs.

Develop and close new business opportunities across target industries.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain pipeline updates.

Represent the company at industry trade shows and customer meetings.

Resolve post-sale issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and attend weekly sales meetings.

Analyze market trends and recommend strategic product/service enhancements.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3–5 years of outside sales experience in packaging—ideally for F&B, beauty, personal care, or pharma sectors.

Proven track record of B2B sales success.

Self-motivated and goal-driven with exceptional communication skills.

Confident presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Must reside in Southern California, have a valid driver's license, and maintain clean driving record.
