Job Title: Sr. Credit Card Chargebacks Specialist- Fraud & Claims
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Pay rate: $30.56/hr
Work mode: Hybrid after training period (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Job Overview: Fortune 500 Banking company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fraud and Claims Operations Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit card fraud detection and chargebacks, particularly with Visa and MasterCard fraud chargeback requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and process Visa and MasterCard fraud chargeback requests.
• Investigate and resolve credit card fraud cases, including sending alerts and questioning the validity of charges.
• Handle both fraud and non-fraud chargebacks efficiently.
• Utilize Visa Resolve Online and MasterCom for chargeback management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of fraud claims.
• Maintain detailed records of fraud cases and chargebacks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve fraud detection and prevention strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in credit card fraud detection and chargebacks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Visa Resolve Online and MasterCom preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
