Job Opportunity: AML/BSA Sr Project Manager
Location: Charlotte NC

As a key player in the Project Management function, you will:
• Consult on and contribute to moderately complex project initiatives and deliverables.
• Analyze and solve project challenges through in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate closely with client personnel and contribute to project planning and execution.

Responsibilities
• Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership, supporting performance initiatives and creating executive-level presentations.
• Lead strategic resolution of complex project challenges, delivering long-term and scalable solutions.
• Facilitate executive and team-level meetings to support decision-making and action planning.
• Own and manage core project deliverables, including detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Engage and advise stakeholders at all levels across multiple business lines.

Qualifications
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Strong background in Project Management/Execution within a complex regulatory environment.
• Proven Change Management or Program Management expertise (PMP certification or equivalent preferred).
• Experience in Risk Management, specifically in Financial Crimes/AML/BSA programs.
• Self-motivated with experience in large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including process improvement, continuous improvement, or LEAN.
• Proficient in RAID log management.
