Senior Administrative Assistant
Pay: Up to $85K

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Write professional correspondence via email on behalf of the Owner/President
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls with a focus on customer service
- Manage calendars and appointments using Microsoft Outlook
- Interact with customers and clients in person and over the phone
- Maintain organization of office documents and scheduling
- Provide general administrative support as needed in a smaller office environment
- Follow instructions with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar role preferred (experience valued over formal degree)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and professional presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company
