You’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly:
Own the end-to-end accounts payable process—from invoice coding to payment distribution
Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain organized digital records (goodbye paper chaos ??)
Partner with vendors—answer questions and ensure timely payments
Jump into accounts receivable tasks and special projects to broaden your experience
Support the finance team with day-to-day operations and process improvements

2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
Strong Excel skills (you’re comfortable working with data)
